Echeveria agavoides 'Lipstick'

These beauties are reminiscent of the Agave plant with their tightly-packed rosettes of thick, pointed leaves (which flush red in direct sunlight & infrequent watering). Native to rocky outcrops in Mexico, give them extra porous soil to avoid root rot (50% succulent gold 50% pumice/perlite).
