Gymnocalyciums are known to flowering easily, and are a very good beginner cacti.  Pictured in a 3" pot May or may not be blooming at time of purchase 

Gymnocalycium pflanzii has long curved spines, and can have multiple showy spring blooms.

Gymnocalycium marsoneri subs. matoense cv. Multiproliferum is known for its multiple pups that grow from the main cacti. It also can bloom if it is not too over crowded with pups.  Pictured in a 2.5" pot
